Guests sign an agreement stating any rule violation results in loss of deposit and immediate eviction. Rules include: no shoes, smoking, events, mail, moving furniture, noise after 9:30 pm, or pets.

How do you monitor access and ensure security?

We install cameras on all sides of the property, plus smart locks with unique, one-time codes for each guest.
